This tuna pattie (cutlet) recipe uses bell pepper, onions and Cilantro. We added Indian herbs and spices to suite our taste. This is a quick and tasty snack. You can make an easy hamburger or pack it for your kid's lunch.

Orange/Green Bell Pepper – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Cilantro/Coriander – 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli – 1
Curry Leaves -1
Turmeric – a Pinch
Salt – 3/4 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala – a Pinch
Egg -1
Bread – 1 Loaf
