Monday – Leg Workout
Tuesday – Rest/Cardio
Wednesday – repeat Leg Workout
Thursday – Ab/Upper Body workout (THIS VIDEO)
Friday – Rest/Cardio
Saturday – Both Legs & Upper Body
Sunday – REST DAY
